Way to go Jamie!!! Those are some awesome pictures! I canned a little salsa and it is a lot of work. I'm envious...
Impressive...that a whole lot of canning! You must have some good places to get produce up there! I just canned peaches with a friend for the first time, and we are wanting to do salsa. Do you have a recipe that you recommend?
